PAYMENTS
£10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment
Payment is due at the time of the service
The final balance is to be paid in cash
APPOINTMENTS
Clients should ensure their hands and nails are clean, if any signs of infection or nail disease is present, your appointment may be rescheduled
No additional clients unless agreed on
No infills past 4 weeks
CANCELLATIONS
Clients must book appointments at least 72 hours in advance.
Any cancellations or rescheduling should be done at least 24 hours before the appointment time
no shows with no communication are charged 100% of the remaining balance
LATE ARRIVALS
Clients are expected to arrive on time
Lateness may result in a late fee of £10 if you are 15 minutes late & any later will result in rescheduling
